About Harrow

The University of Westminster campus used by LSC is in Harrow, North West London. There is an excellent pedestrianised shopping area here and the town is well serviced by rail, bus and underground (Metropolitan Line) links with central London. Harrow is a short walk away from the pretty town of Harrow-on-the-Hill which is home to the prestigious Harrow School, where Winston Churchill was a pupil.

The University of Westminster's Harrow Campus is a £40 million purpose-built complex offering first-rate facilities to its students. The underground station of Northwick Park (Metropolitan Line) runs through the boundaries of the campus, offering a very convenient link to central London. Harrow town centre is a short walk from the college. Harrow campus combines the benefits and safety of a dedicated university campus with the advantages of the big city.

Accommodation : College

Our students will be hosted in the excellent single or twin en-suite accommodation which the campus offers. All the rooms are furnished to a very high standard, each with private toilet, shower and washbasin facilities. There is a kitchen area for every eight rooms. There are also telephones in each of the kitchens for incoming calls.

A laundry room can be found in the main residential area where students can use the coin-operated machines after 5 pm every day.

A 40 EURO Damage Deposit per student is payable on arrival at the centre.

Accommodation : Host Families

Language Study Centres has a well established network of host families in Harrow and surrounding areas. All the families are of an excellent standard and are visited and approved by the LSC Local Agent. Each host family will provide their students with breakfast, a packed lunch, and dinner. (There is also the option to buy hot lunches at college Monday - Friday).
