Walsall is a vibrant town in the midlands, just a short distance from Birmingham, the second biggest city in the UK. The area was at the centre of the Industrial Revolution which saw great technological innovations and encouraged the growth of Britain’s cities. Examples of these developments can still be found in the area, one of the most impressive of which is the amazing Iron Bridge Gorge near Telford. Students can also explore the wonderful modern architecture (and shopping facilities) of Selfridges in the city centre of Birmingham, and visit world famous Stratford-on-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare.

The Walsall Campus is a short journey from the town centre and offers a safe and secure environment in which students can study, have fun, and relax. Many of the buildings on campus have only been recently completed and are modern, bright and comfortable. The accommodation block is amongst the most up-to-date available in the UK, and the sports facilities are equally impressive.
