ARRIVAL DATES & COURSE TIMETABLE

In an effort to reduce disruption to classes and deliver the best course possible we have adopted the following policy for any groups not arriving on the published arrival date. Please read these details carefully:

All centres: groups arriving one day after the published start date will be mixed in with existing classes, but on their last day (when they are alone) they will be regrouped for their final lesson and tested at our discretion.

All centres: for groups arriving two or more days after the published start date we will be unable to guarantee the full package of lessons and social programme.

Centres where the published arrival day is a Monday: any groups arriving early (i.e. on a Saturday or Sunday) will have a non-academic activity on the Monday and begin the 3hr 20min per day timetable on the Tuesday with everyone else. This will provide 30 hours of lessons over the nine weekdays of your stay.

Centres where the published arrival day is a Sunday: groups will follow the standard 3hr per day timetable.

It is essential that Group Leaders accompanying students to the UK and Ireland are fully informed about our how our courses operate, and understand their own responsibilities while they are with us.
